Our Darling Diapers™ belly bands for male dogs are designed for doggie boys of a young age that are not yet potty trained and with little or older dogs in mind suffering from incontinence problems.  They are also useful for dogs that tinkle when excited and are an excellent pet accessory when traveling by car or plane when potty breaks are infrequent!

Darling Diapers™ belly bands are reusable and can be machine washed.  They are made from two flannel layers with a soaker pad on the inside which is made separately and then carefully hand stitched to the flannel liner without going through the PUL fabric.

The soaker pad is made from suede cloth on the top which is a very soft fabric with a short fuzzy nap.  It is used for human baby diapers when a stay-dry feeling is desired because it pulls moisture away into an absorbent layer.   The absorbent layer used for Darling Diapers™ is hemp fleece fabric which is extremely absorbent and consists of a mixture of hemp and organic cotton material.  The bottom liner is a white PUL piece.  PUL fabric is a soft stretchy polyester knit material with a breathable polyurethane laminate which makes it waterproof and an ideal moisture barrier for diapers.  It is washable and very durable and was first used in the medical field to withstand numerous washings in very hot water.  Today you would find PUL on the outside of human baby cloth diapers.

Our reusable and soft flannel dog belly band features a blue, brown and red paw print flannel on pretty denim blue background on the outside and is lined in coordinated soft solid red flannel.  Velcro closure on the back of the belly band diaper makes dressing and undressing easy and it ensures that the diaper stays in place and can be adjusted if needed.
