Crinoline is a stiff fabric that is used to make petticoats for human party dresses, bridal gowns or costumes, whenever a full skirt is desired. Unlike net fabric or tulle, crinoline is made from 100% cotton which does not irritate the delicate skin of hairless dogs or cats and does not make dogs with hairy coats like Yorkies, Shih Tzus and Maltese itch. It is decorated around the waist with a rich hot pink and silver dot ribbon and flower bow with white clear rhinestone center for a very classy and elegant look. To create the fullness that fancy evening gowns have, a crinoline petticoat was sewn to the inside. The dress closes around the neck and the girth with Velcro. Size Availability: XXS to Medium.
