They are made with a dog harness style top and full skirts and feature a crinoline petticoat to give the dress fullness and elegance. Crinoline is a stiff fabric that is used to make petticoats for human party dresses, bridal gowns or costumes, whenever a full skirt is desired. Unlike net fabric or tulle, crinoline is made from 100% cotton which does not irritate the delicate skin of hairless dogs or cats and does not make dogs with hairy coats like Yorkies, Shih Tzus and Maltese itch. This little fancy doggie party dress is made from a shinny green and gold swirl special occasion fabric top and skirt. It is decorated around the waist and the hem with a gold Venise swag and flower shaped lace with gold hot fix rhinestone centers which add a lot of color and glitz for a very classy and elegant look. To create the fullness that fancy evening gowns have, a crinoline petticoat was sewn to the inside. The dress closes around the neck and the girth with Velcro. Size Availability: XXS to Medium. Example: Your dog normally wears a size XS, please purchase size small for the top. That way the fabric will close properly in the front for a very finished look.
