Crinoline is a stiff fabric that is used to make petticoats for human party dresses, bridal gowns or costumes, whenever a full skirt is desired. Unlike net fabric or tulle, crinoline is made from 100% cotton which does not irritate the delicate skin of hairless dogs or cats and does not make dogs with hairy coats like Yorkies, Shih Tzus and Maltese itch. This little cream cotton Christmas doggie party dress with gold sparkles features a harness top with matching skirt with a pretty pinecone print on cream background. It is decorated around the neck and hem with gold trim. In addition, the dress features a pretty brown satin ribbon with gold trim that matched the trim around the neck and hem for a gorgeous and elegant look. To create the fullness that fancy evening gowns have, a crinoline petticoat was sewn to the inside. The dress closes around the neck and the girth with Velcro. Size Availability: XXS to Medium.
